DEscriptION :
Basil Oleoresin is made by solvent extraction of the dried leaves of basil Ocimum Basilicum L (family:Lamiaceae) of Egyptsian origin.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTIC :
Dark greenish brown viscous liquid with a floral-spicy odour typical of basil & with a spicy flavour with mild bitterness. The product is soluble in fixed oils.
